Terms of Service (ToS) - Baraem Platform

Welcome to the Baraem Nursery Management Platform, provided by AppWand. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully, as logging into the platform or using our applications (whether as a nursery manager, teacher, or parent) constitutes your full agreement to these terms.

1. Description of Service

"Baraem" is a Software as a Service (SaaS) system consisting of a web dashboard and mobile applications designed to help nurseries in Jordan manage their daily operations, including attendance tracking, activity logging, financial management, and communication with parents.

2. Account Setup & Liability

●       Administrative accounts for nurseries are created manually by the AppWand team.

●       The Nursery (The Client) bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials (username and password) and those of its staff.

●       The Nursery is responsible for all activities that occur under its accounts and agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Trial Period, Subscriptions, and Payments

●       Trial Period: We offer a 30-day free trial period. After this period ends, continued use of the platform requires the payment of subscription fees.

●       Fees: Fees (monthly or annual) are paid in advance and are non-refundable once the actual subscription period has begun, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

●       Late Payments: AppWand reserves the right to suspend access to the Baraem account in the event of late payment of due fees after an agreed-upon grace period ends.

4. Client (Nursery) Obligations

●       The Nursery agrees to use the platform for lawful and legitimate purposes only.

●       The platform is an assisting technical tool; the Nursery remains primarily and ultimately responsible for the safety of the children, internal management, and educational/financial decisions. AppWand bears no legal responsibility for any negligence or damages that occur within the nursery premises.

5. Termination of Service

The Nursery has the right to cancel its subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the Nursery will be granted a timeframe of 60 to 90 days to export its general data (such as financial and student records) before it is permanently and securely deleted from our servers. Note that photos are handled on a stricter 30-day deletion cycle regardless of subscription status.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
