At Baraem (provided by AppWand), we fully understand the sensitivity and importance of the data we handle, especially as it relates to children and their families. This Privacy Policy is designed to clarify how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Our Role & Data Ownership

●       Data Ownership: The Nursery (The Client) is the exclusive and sole owner of all data entered into the platform.

●       AppWand's Role: AppWand acts solely as a "Data Processor" providing the secure infrastructure to store and display this data based on the Nursery's directives.

2. Data Collected

For the platform to function correctly, the Nursery and/or Parents input the following data:

●       Children's Data: Names, dates of birth, medical records (allergies and medications), and developmental notes.

●       Parents' Data: Names, phone numbers, addresses, and financial data (payments).

●       Daily Logs: Photos, videos, attendance records, meals, and nap times documented by the teachers.

3. How We Use the Data

We use this data only to:

●       Provide and operate the services of the Baraem platform (such as sending notifications to parents about their children).

●       Provide technical support to the Nursery upon their request.

●       Strict Pledge: We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data (including children's data and photos) with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Security & Protection

●       We store data on secure cloud servers protected by the latest encryption technologies.

●       Access to children's data is strictly limited to nursery managers, the teachers assigned to the child, and the parents of the specific child (via the parent app).

5. Data Retention & Deletion (Strict Privacy Enforcement)

●       General Data (Post-Cancellation): In the event that a Nursery terminates its subscription with Baraem, we retain the general text data for a period of 60 to 90 days to allow the Nursery to export its records. After this period, all data is permanently and securely erased from our servers.

●       Photos & Media (Rolling Deletion): To ensure maximum privacy and optimize secure storage, all photos and media are automatically deleted 30 days after their upload date, even if the Nursery has an active subscription.
